Hello!
My name is Theresa Johnson, the owner and principal designer behind Moody Room Design.
My home is in Downers Grove with my husband and three kids: Lily, Hope, and Reid.
Prior to starting Moody Room Design I worked as a Designer at Steinhafels Furniture for 3 years. Working there was invaluable- I gained first hand experience on furniture construction, how to fit people for comfort, and more importantly how to avoid costly mistakes.
Designing spaces has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl begging my friends to rearrange their rooms instead of playing with Barbies. I love everything about it and hope to inspire you to fall in love with the process and the transformation.
